Justin Joung founded Justin Joung Agency (JJA) in March 2021, inspired by a simple favor for a close friend — managing and sourcing brand deals for his YouTube channel. What started as a personal project quickly turned into a passion, and ultimately, a full-scale agency.

Justin brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive and corporate B2B sales expertise to the table. He earned his Management degree from Clemson University and has a strong foundation in both business strategy and creator culture.

Long before launching his agency, Justin was a digital native himself. As a child, he built a successful YouTube gaming channel, growing an audience of over 100,000 subscribers. Today, he leverages that early creator experience alongside his corporate background to lead one of the most innovative boutique agencies in the space — built by a creator, for creators.
