JJA was founded in 2021 by Justin Joung and co-founded by Donovan Curry. Justin was helping a good friend on the side manage and source brand deals for his YouTube channel - this quickly became a passion.

Donovan helped Justin realize the greater opportunity early on, and has been instrumental in the success and growth of the agency.

Justin & Donovan both have backgrounds as entrepreneurs and in B2B tech sales. Donovan studied recreation administration earning a degree at Texas State University. He founded and owned a successful nightlife promotion & party bus business during his undergrad.

Justin studied business management & brand communications earning a degree at Clemson University. In his childhood, he was a gaming-focused creator on YouTube amassing over 100,000+ subscribers. He took his learnings as an early digital nomad and intersected them with strong business acumen stemming from his corporate world experience to create the most innovative agency.
